Our guiding principles

In order to guarantee health care user’s respect, the CAAP – Laval adopted the following guiding principles:

  • Respect of the individual in his or her approach, self-reliance, abilities, and values
  • Confidentiality
  • Unprejudiced attitude towards the user
  • Intervention within the frame of our mandate in the respect of all other resources’ roles and responsibilities.

Our work guiding value is “RESPECT” – respect towards the user, respect for each other and respect for the community.
