The Centre d'assistance et d'accompagnement aux plaintes - Laval is a community organization where you can obtain all the assistance and support needed to submit your complaint. We are independent from the Health and Social Services and totally unprejudiced towards users.

This site is at your disposal to facilitate your understanding of the Complaint Examination System in the Health and Social Services Network. It will provide you with all the necessary tools to file your complaint.

Our mission is not to process complaints, but to assist in every step of the recourse procedure any and all residents of Laval, or anyone else unsatisfied with the health care services provided by an institution in Laval. You can contact us to obtain all the assistance and support needed throughout the complaint procedures.
